MANUFACTURER PROVIDED DESCRIPTION
The Luhrs 36 Convertible is truly innovative. Although the classic lines and Carolina flare are still there, the real improvement starts in the cockpit. Wide, molded steps rise from the cockpit floor to the flybridge. These Bridge Walk steps allow excellent access both up and down, even in a seaway. They also house an integrated, insulated cooler and a storage box perfect for dock lines and electrical cords. Well lit for after-dark operations, these steps will make regular bridge ladders obsolete. The flybridge features ample space for all of the latest in electronics. Steering, controls, and instruments are all placed conveniently. A full half-tower complete with mounting pads for radar and antennas is standard, as are the tackle drawers, livewell, sink, rod holders, and washdowns. Even the coaming fishbox and rocket launcher is included. Many convertibles compromise the salon to accommodate the staterooms, but the Luhrs designers were creative in the layout allowing maximum use of the wide beam to retain an entertainment-sized salon and two private staterooms. MODEL HISTORY
The Luhrs 36 Convertible was produced in St. Augustine, Florida from 1998 thru 2007 and has proven to be one the manufactures most popular models. She was the first of a new generation of Convertible models for Luhrs incorporating stairs leading to the flybridge thus removing the vertical ladder arrangement common to sport-fish models of the day. Not only is this arrangement much more convenient, but it is also much safer for children, and yes, even pets! After a remarkable 10 year production run, the 36' Convertible as replaced in in 2008 by an all-new 35' Convertible.
ACCOMMODATIONS

MASTER STATEROOM
Located forward the master stateroom features a centerline queen berth with innerspring mattress with memory foam top. There is abundant storage consisting of three drawers, two cabinets, and two hanging lockers. Private access to head eliminates having to traverse the companionway. The master stateroom also has a second digital control that operates the secondary air conditioning unit that services the staterooms.
SHOWER / HEAD
The unusually large head is located to port of the companionway and features a vanity with Corian countertop, sink and mirror. There is storage underneath the sink as well as a storage cabinet behind the mirror. Of note is the considerably large separate shower stall with glass enclosure and seat.
