This 1979 Sabre 28-2 Sailboat is here in our yard and is now available for viewing. This Sabre is one of the company's most popular models. Sailed and kept only in fresh water for its life, this 28' vessel has been kept in good running order. This sailboat is still running well on her reliable and original Volvo diesel motor (12 Hp.) that has recently been serviced. The Sabre's interior has a 5 berth layout with an enclosed head. The cabin is spacious with a 6' headroom, large settee and galley.This Sabre's Teak was recently stripped and sealed, showing beautifully against the Imron paint on the hull. Also, the cockpit and interior cushions have been replaced. This 28' sailboat also had all new winches (2 Jib, 2 Halyard), and new vang strut installed in 2022.
