Engines and Genset
* Both engines after-coolers have been replaced.  One of the old ones was re-conditioned and is available
* Generator was replaced in 2011 - approx 2,600hrs
* Injectors replaced 2022
* Fuel and gear coolers replaced 2023
* All heat exchangers boiled out 2021 winter season
* New Exhaust hoses both sides 
* Fire alarm system and extinguisher inspected and charged 2023
* Transom raw water pump replaced 2023
* Props re-conditioned by Black Dog winter 2022 and prop speed
* Three blade replacement props in engine room

AC and Refrigeration:
* Forward AC unit replaced with Dometic 6K 2021
* Salon AC replaced with Dometic 16K 2020
* AC circulating pump also replaced
* Freezer is industrial/medical that cools to -30F, installed 2022
* Sub-Zero fridge replaced just last week!!

Electronics and Entertainment
* Raymarine transducer replaced 2021
* New Navionics package 2023
* Bonding system and galvanic isolators inspected
* Rogue wave wifi long range antenna with apple wifi network/firewall 2022
* Sony smart TV with articulating custom mount 2022

* New cockpit sub-woofer

Deck and Hardware
* Note bottom soda-blasted and new barrier coating applied winter 2022
* she is shrinkwrapped and new bottom paint every winter
* Isenglass enclosures and canvas cleaned and silicone treated for waterproof* Custom cockpit shade
* Aft canvas with isenglass windshield for all season running

* Bow Spotlight replaced with ACR LED 2020
* Trim Tabs replaced 2021
* Maxwell 3500 windlass new seals 2021
* Fortress F23 mounted, original Delta inboard with 50' chain and 200' nylon spare rode 2022
* Anchor chain 200' galvinized BBB 5/16 new 2022
* Overhead Bowmar hatches re-glazed 2022

Interior
* Custom made round, copper table was commissioned by the previous owner making for easier movement in the saloon.  Original table available
* Standard coffemaker installation replaced with custom made matching door for cabinetry to create additional storage.
* Shower gray water pump upgraded/upsized
