Description

Customizable Boat: Fort Lauderdale

The First 53, the newest model in BENETEAU's First line, draws on more than 40 years of experience. The First range was first introduced in 1977. This "Luxury Performance" sailing yacht was created for sailors who seek speed in the most luxurious surroundings, with an eye toward high-performance cruising and more. The First 53 epitomizes the resurrection of the storied First name with its well-balanced hull, sensationally responsive helm, open deck layout, and really cutting-edge interior.

The First 53 is a skillful combination of elegance and strength, an ocean-racing thoroughbred expertly hidden behind a svelte, fashionable form. Even when she is still, she appears to be moving quickly due to the soft reverse sheer and low-slung coachroof. However, her deck and cockpit layouts, which are both open, well organized, and dreadfully attractive, make no compromises for either comfort or safety. Her high-end deck gear, performance mast, and carefully adjusted hull give unmatched thrills in any circumstance, whether you're taking part in a fully crewed offshore race or a doublehanded sunset run.

The contemporary, nearly minimalist design marks a significant departure from the conventional by providing a completely reimagined living area with an emphasis on functionality, comfort, and style. A dedicated home-style couch to the starboard is the perfect spot for resting and unwinding, while an extensible dinner table to the port provides up to six seats without taking up a lot of permanent space in the salon. The lacquered white bulkheads and polished, molded woods make a pleasing contrast that gives the space a bright, unmistakably warm atmosphere. There is lots of storage space throughout the boat, which is available in two configurations: three-cabin two-head and three-cabin three-head. The highly adaptable L-shape galley is user-friendly both at sea and at anchor. Good ventilation is ensured by strategically positioned hatches and windows, which also fill the inside with light.
