One of the best combinations of exceptional cruising comfort and sailing performance.This is the deep keel version.Very nice interior with great use of space, big galley, 2 separate staterooms, and all the creature comforts of home: Refrigeration, inverter, hot water heater, microwave, propane stove and oven, 2 sinks, etc.To starboard aft is the master stateroom with queen berth, hanging locker and dressing station, plus opening ports for ventilation.To starboard amidships is the private head compartment with shower.To port is the spacious galley with plenty of storage.Port amidships is the chart table with VHF and stereo.Forward is the guest stateroom with double berth and overhead opening hatch.Forward amidships is the salon with 2 settees and a large dining table, plus storage cabinets. The starboard settee coverts to a 3rd double berth.Well maintained clean engine room with very low hours on the Westerbeke 27.In the cockpit are the folding wheel, Raymarine auto pilot, chartplotter, and sailing instruments, along with a fold out table, catbird seats, and spacious seating.Equipped with stainless davits for a dinghy on the transom. Also has the stainless frames for a bimini and dodger. The original canvas is past its lifespan, but you can use them for patterns to make new ones.
