She was completely overhauled in 2010 when she was in Buenos Aires. Built in Cape Town and launched in 2005, she has a proven track record for ocean crossing and is an extremely comfortable boat at sea with an extensive list of equipment onboard.A very easy boat to sail with a fully battened Mainsail stowed in a Stack Pack on the boom when lowered. Both Genoa and Staysail on Roller Furlers and very easy to furl/unfurl and trim with the use of Electric Primary winches. Sail wardrobe is completed with an Asymetrical Spinnaker.She is easily steered by Raymarine Autopilot with Gyro Compass making those long passages a dream.Owners comments January 2023:Sea Lion is on the hard in Jolly Harbour Antigua.The engine is a Vetus 65 HP. Not turbo charge. In 2022 I replaced the heat exchanger.
