Description

This one is a true Classic! 1972 Grand Banks 36 in spectacular condition. This one has been lovingly cared for and current owner is looking for a new steward to enjoy and care for. Powered by the original Ford Lehman 120 HP diesel engines and Westerbeke generator, this trawler is cruise ready and shows extremely well. Exterior brightwork is in above average condition, interior is original and features two separate cabins with ensuite heads.  Boat is currently in the water in a brackish fresh water marina and available for immediate inspection. Slip is also available for purchase or rent if desired. 

Accommodations

Entering from starboard side main cabin door, the lower helm is on centerline with galley to port and L shaped Settee with table to starboard. Copius amounts of storage lockers drawers and navigation desk with lift up storage. Engine access is directly below via deck opening hatches. Forward and down 3 steps is the forward V-berth stateroom with separate head. (Note: Head is in process of being re-built) Forward cabin also features large storage lockers. Aft of salon and down 2 steps is the master cabin with a large pullman style berth on starboard and abundant storage lockers and closet space. The aft head is on starboard and offers privacy and ensuite shower area with curtain. An access hatch on aft port side leads directly to aft deck. Dinghy is stowed on cradle aft upper deck and a full flybridge helm and over head bimini and also includes plenty of seating with storage below. A mast and boom with tackle arrangement is utilized to launch dinghy.
