Accommodations-

Entering the salon from the cockpit reveals the straight settee on the port side of the salon which can be pulled out and converted into a double berth ideal for two guests while the standard forward v-berth offers the privacy and comfort for two owners. The custom fixed yacht table on the centerline of the salon has an extended drop leaf inboard that is perfect for eating on the port side settee. There's excellent storage built into the table for utensils and napkins in the top compartments while beneath there is additional magazine and bottle storage. The L-settee on the starboard side of the salon seats 3 adults and can easily sleep a single guest for over night accommodations if needed. The forward stateroom with full headroom has a generous hanging locker and drawer space. The "V" berths can accommodate two persons in comfort. The filler piece can be added to make it into a big single bunk. The light and airy toilet compartment has plenty of storage space and is equipped with stand-up shower, basin with hot and cold water and Groco "K" type head. Satin varnished solid teak parquet cabin soles throughout. Main salon has more than ample storage and counter space in its' modern, efficient galley. L- settee and beautiful teak yacht table is located just behind the helm-seat. The straight settee to port offers excellent seating and storage or a single bunk.

Besides giving performance to suit the most demanding yachtsman, the fiberglass Grand Banks 32 is luxurious. Teak joinery work by old world hand craftsmen gives a practical beauty above and below decks. The cabin soles are teak parquet throughout and the main decks are teak planked, and extensive locker and drawer space is handsomely made in golden Burmese teak. The long and wide flybridge has seating for six adults. Under the seats are teak slatted watertight storage compartments. The flybridge offers a duplicate helmsman station with full instrumentation, venturi windscreen and extra stowage beneath the console. High bulwarks with sturdy teak handrails, handrails on the house sides, anchor platform with anchor roller and bow pulpit, teak swim platform, transom boarding steps, wide side decks, aft port and starboard rail boarding gates are some of the features that add to the Grand Banks 32.

No compromise has been made in the design and construction of the Grand Banks 32 which incorporate well thought-out safety features to add to your cruising confidence. These features include dependable mechanical steering with emergency steering capability, automatic alarms for engine oil pressure and water temperature, circuits, sea cocks on all thru hull fittings below the waterline, automatic bilge pump and hand bilge pump located for quick access from the helm. In addition , life rails and grab rails are provided all around the cabin and flybridge. Three-ply safety glass is used throughout. The engine room is ventilated by electric blowers, the bilge is protected from engine oil by molded fiberglass pan, each fuel tank is fitted with a safety ball shut off valve. All thru hulls, underwater running gear, tanks and deck fills are copper bonded and connected to a single point at the engine frame. With 110 gallons of water and 250 gallons of fuel in her tanks you can remain away from civilization for weeks at a time
