Russell Post started the Egg Harbor Yacht Company in the early 50s and sold it in 1955. His retirement didn't last long and in 1957 he started the Post Yacht Co. This boat is kept under cover and in fresh water. All of the external woodwork appears in like-new condition. The twin 427 Ford FE Chris-Craft engines are original but were rebuilt 1500 hours ago. Hull construction is of cedar and mahogany with white oak frames. The cockpit deck is teak. This model is also referred to as a "Fisher-Cruiser".
