PROJECT BOAT. 1999 AQUASTAR 48S. A unique opportunity to purchase a premium project boat. This Aquastar had a fire in the forward head caused by an electrical appliance. This damaged the head moulding and subsequent heat and smoke damage through the boat. The head moulding has been removed and professionally repaired to a very high standard. The head linings and the helm seats have been replaced and the boat has had a smoke and heat treatment cleaning so is ready for the next stage of the preparation. All other soft furnishings require replacement. It will require electrical rewiring to the helm and some domestic systems. The fire damage has not caused any structural issues. It is fitted with twin Volvo TAMD63P Diesel engines that are in good working order. We hold all the previous owners title and manuals and its comprehensive in the history of the vessels maintenance before the damage. With all fire damaged projects on-site inspections are welcomed and encouraged to inspect the vessel. There is no survey.
