This specific Donzi was spec'ed beautifully when new at the factory in "Ferrari-red" over sand beige interior. Behind the dashboard is a bold looking dashboard with passenger side GPS, glove compartment etv. For the driver, this boat is "the real deal" with a proper steering wheel, full analogue instrumentation with yellow Livorsi "Monster Series" gauges with classic chrome "Super Rims" and orange flourezent pointers. A bold "in your eyes" contrast to the custom black dashboard with the DONZI logo centered perfevctly along the center line. The hull is exceptionally elegant with white and red gelcoat and black striping plus the DONZI logo painted in silver. The red is lifted a couple of inches above the chine, to make the boat appear even longer and more performance orientated. Additionally, there is a fantastic triple axle trailer, painted black which can be part of the deal for the quick buyer (trailer possible for current owner to keep for his other boat).  

One of Northern Europe's most admired and sought after powerboats of an ideal size of 38 foot. A  fantastic size both for agile and fun handling and with a length long enough for "surfing" over several wakes, giving a safe, comfortable and fun ride.

Powered by original Mercury Racing HP662EU engines and NXT1 race stern drives, this is a LEGAL powerboat in Europe which can be registered in all EU-countries (Try that with a non CE-certified powerboat...!). Owned by real enthusiasts all its life, and been subject to lots of good maintanance. Lately, one engine block is new, and the second one has few houres after last full engine refit. Both engines are upgraded with "Whipple Stage 3" performace kits, and deliver a hefty 850 horspower each. The top speed is over one hundred miles per houre, and is clearly a serious performace boat. When new, these engines were the biggest engines availible with closed cooling, which means the engines runs in coolant with proper corrotion inhibitiors along with antifreeze, which is a big thing to make your engines last a long time with a more stabilized and pressurized type of cooling which reduce the level of maintainance to a great extent. In other words: -The best of two worlds.

This boat is all about the STYLE, the design, its Donzi-heritage as being build by one of the VERY FIRST manuacturers of go-fast boats, the sheer enjoyment and precition behind the steering wheel and being part of an elite where fast boating and fast navigation is clearly the DNA of the captain. If you enjoy super fast sports cars and to love the "back into the seats" feeling, this is the boat for YOU! (great length/horspower/weight ratio)

This DONZI 38 has the "family" deck/cabin/cockpit-configuration with a traditional type of cockpit with two large boster seats up front and a wide rear bench for the rear passengers. Additionally, the large cabin which can accommodate a small family or good friends (or a ton of luggage), gives the boat a broad appeal to many type of users which is also good for its re-sael value. This type of cockpit is great because you can either sit or stand up, oppozed to sit-down only for the ZXR performance version. Over the large hand built engines, are a large spacious sun pad for lazy days after you drop your anchor in that shallow bay with green water...

This Donzi was new in Norway, registered in the Norwegian Ship Registry and a re-registration is possible here as it is still in this registry, but with a status as "exported" to Sweden which is a EU country, which means the boat can be imported to any other EU country without any more VAT tax to be paid. The boat is currently owned by a Swedish VAT-registered company, so it can also be sold for export buyers with the Swedish VAT ("moms") deducted. This tax is 25%, so a price of SEK 1.595.000,- for export customers (or other European VAT-registered companies) is possible. A huge benefit with this specific boat.
