One of the nicer Tiara 31s available. "Hall Pass" is berthed in Newport Beach and has a transferable Slip. She is extremely family-friendly and you can fish from her too.  She has twin Crusader FWC inboards in nice condition. Entering the cabin from the bridge deck , the layout is as follows !!! Forward double berth sleeps 2 w / extra large storage compartment underneath . Large hanging locker and cabinet to port as is the fully equipped galley . Starboard side u - shaped convertible dinette w . Teak Table converts to sleep 2 . The enclosed head w /  Toilet is aft to port . The interior of  this Tiara is in good condition and shows little use . Teak & Holly Sole and Teak Cabinetry complete the warm and cozy feeling of the boat !!
