Description

The Pearson is well known and loved by many boaters. The 36-2 design is a fantastic cruiser. It can easily be sailed by a couple, but also has the space for a family. It was not only built to meet your basic needs but also provides many creature comforts that will make your time aboard that much more enjoyable. The Bill Shaw design is a solid choice for many boaters. Noted as predictable to sail it is well balanced without quirky sailing characteristics. Set up functionally and thoughtfully there is immense storage, and room to sleep up to seven. Including two large, private double births.

Among the completed work and upgrades is Air conditioning, with an electronic thermostat. All around LED lights, new wind meter, new B&G instrument package, including Vulcan chart plotter, depth sounder, Precision compass on stern, map package, and Triton display for wind speed and direction. All three batteries were replaced last year. New lines, including, Both halyards, jib sheet, bow and stern lines, as well as anchor lines.

The Phoenix has enjoyed years of voyaging and exploring; she has been under her current ownership for over 15 years. She has had regular maintenance. There are several projects in progress, including a new electronic head, AC, and wiring for new LED lights, handrails have been sanded down and varnished, toe rails have been replaced with rubber toe rails. The Jib is on a roller furler. Rigging is run back to the cockpit for added safety and single handed operation.  She's currently scheduled to have a bottom job done as well as have the engine serviced. This is a great boat in good condition, come down and take a look.  Don't miss this chance to make her your own!
