Jeanneau 40.3 Sun Odyssey

Always been a fresh water boat and always stored in a heated indoor storage!  Well maintained and cared for, clean and in an excellent condition. The Burmese teak woodwork throughout the interior of the boat is beautiful and fabrics are spotless.

The roomy interior with 2 cabins and a nice size head; a sink basin with Corian countertop and storage cabinet with a vanity mirror on top with a separate walk-in shower area is extremely functional. Behind the shower area is a handy large storage compartment. There are plenty of well designed  and crafted storage solutions throughout the boat. The aft cabin has a large size berth, a hanging and shelving closet and three opening ports. The V-berth, the master cabin has a sink vanity on the starboard side with additional storage above and a hanging locker cabinet on the port side. The three overhead opening ports flood natural air and light into the cabin.

The separate forward facing navigation area with a large drawer and a bench with a storage underneath is functional and accessible on the port side of the stairs. The teak stairs are curved in the companionway and the steps are very comfortable in height and size. Behind the steps is an inside access to the engine.

The spacious and sunny interior with a saloon that has comfy seating areas is welcoming. On the starboard side is a curved settee and on the port side are two large armchairs. Between the armchairs is a neat built-in table/ bar cabinet.

The galley's layout is functional and has a double stainless steel sink, a plenty of counter space and storage above and underneath. The dishes stay in place with well detailed solutions. The garbage can lid opens when the cabinet door is opened. The fridge (with a freezer) is large and two-burner stove and oven makes preparing meals a delight.

Plentiful windows and portholes light the interior. The well designed, spacious cockpit with twin helm, two large leather wrapped steering wheels, furling Genoa and Main Sail makes this boat very comfortable, easy and enjoyable to sail!

Accommodations

2 roomy cabins sleep 4 comfortably; aft cabin with large double bunk sleeps 2 and the master, forward cabin with a sink vanity sleeps 2.

The Head has a separate shower area.

The Saloon with 2 large armchairs and curved settee seats 6 adults comfortably.

Cockpit with twin helms seats 8 around teak table with icebox and new 2020 Navy SeaMark Canvas table top cover.

2020 new Navy SeaMark Marine Canvas BiminiTop, Dodger, Mid Piece and SS304 16 Gauge 1" frame structure with sturdy crab handles adds functionality and comfort to outdoor area.

Galley Equipment

Two-Burner Stove, Oven, Fridgerator with Freezer, Double Stainless Steel Sink with sink covers add extra countertop space. Plenty of counter space and storage above and underneath the counter. The dishes stay in place with well designed solutions and the garbage bin lid opens when the door is opened.
