Description

Introducing this beautiful Mark Ellis designed Hinterhoeller,  a magnificent 1990 Niagara 35 Encore version. This is a True Gem. The amount of constant care and maintenance over the years has been extensive.
This 'Encore' version of the NIAGARA 35, includes a large double berth forward, separated from the main saloon by a head and shower. A u-shaped galley is located to port next to the companionway, with a quarterberth and nav station to starboard.

From a COMPLETELY rebuilt engine, to the furling boom mainsail, this vessel has been upgraded in every way over the years. She sails beautifully wether single handed, or packed with family and friends. In addition to the many upgrades in the descriptions, a few of the new upgrades include

- Bottom Paint 2022 and 2023
- New marine solar system with two flexible panels and charge controller (2023)
- New house and start AGM battery banks (2023)
- New dripless shaft adapter (2023)
- New primary anchor (we still have the CQR, but the Rocna is much nicer)
- Cut and re-sewn Fairclough canvas cover to two-piece to allow for installation around mast

This is a must see boat. Call today!
