Ericson 34 MK II was designed by Bruce King and represents a perfect balance of comfort, luxury and performance. Not to be confused with the earlier Ericson 34T, this boat is a 2 cabin layout with a very nice teak interior."Watermark" is a One Owner boat. She is in need of a very good cleaning. She has good bones and will make a great sailboat for someone that can see thru the dirt and grime. The boat will need new electronics,mainsail and running rigging. That way we can be sure and block out some time for you to see the boat! We do not want you to arrive to an empty office because we are out showing a boat to your neighbor! Many of our boats are kept off-site & sometimes we can meet you at the marina/yard where the boat is located, or nearby and save you time traveling to Ludington Yacht Sales unnecessarily.
