INTERIOR

 

 Beautiful interior that would be cost prohibitive to produce now. Teak and holly sole and teak cabinetry throughout plus African Mahoghany privacy panels.

 Private fo’c’sle berth forward with an enclosed head to port. Large starboard lockers. Removable centerpiece for the forward bed.

 The saloon has port and starboard settees with a center drop leaf table.

 Near the companionway ladder is the port side galley and a navigation table.

 Amazingly for the size of vessel there are private port and starboard quarter berths aft.

 A total of 6 to 7 berths !

 Head: Raritan manual head (new 2022 – never used). Compliant blackwater system – also never used.

 

GALLEY

 

 Convenient galley near the companionway.

 Eno two burner propane stove (never used). Stores out of the way for more preparation space.

 Inbuilt icebox

 

MECHANICAL

 

 Nanni (Kubota) N2.14 14 hp diesel with Sailprop saildrive - only 95 hrs (2012)

 Diesel tank was replaced 2008

 Flexofold folding propeller.

ELECTRICAL + PLUMBING

 Upgraded modern 120V Blue Sea panel. Assessed as “good condition and is neatly supported” by the surveyor.

 30 Amp shore power

 Separate house and start batteries – AGM Deep Cycle (2021)

 Charger: Pro Mariner Pro Sport 12

 Extensive use of Marelon through hulls fittings.

 Pressure water system plumbed but not presently connected.
