Colvic Salty Dog 27 built by the renowned Colvic yard in 1980, known for their solid high quality builds. Scamper is a fin keel yacht that has been well maintained and refurbed internally in 2017 and since had new standing rigging (2018).

The engine was upgraded (Beta -14he) Diesel (2009) engine, replacing the original and upgrading the output to hp14. She has been lifted out each year for a scrub and antifowl. Plough anchor in the forward locker with chain. The main cabin has a galley (sink, hob & cooker on gimbles), saloon (inc a quarter berths and saloon table that drops) and a separate bathroom. Fore cabin has a clear hatch, wardrobes and twin berths.

Reefing Genoa and mainsail – both from 2018 with dodgers and spray hoods and new sheets and halliards 2018, also has Spinnaker, with Pole. Boat has twin compasses, wind speed and direction gauge (clipper) and a depth sounder (nasa). VHF (ICOM), electric bilge pump, electric water system/pump, autopilot (navico).

She is currently lying at Royal Clarence Marina Gosport.
