This is an early Catalina 30 that amazed boaters with the wide beam and spacious interior. Catalina manufactured this boat with the concept of giving the coastal cruiser the most volume of usable space per foot than any other boat on the market at that time. It has been one the most successful production sailboat ever built and a fan to all who owned one.
