Very well-kept and exclusively freshwater sailed 1990 Thomas 35; Designed by Graham & Schlageter and Lindy Thomas in 1988 for speed and comfort; T35 combines excellent performance with an extremely comfortable and well laid out interior. Built by Tartan Marine she offers great quality and is equally suited for a family day-sail or club racing - and cruising. T-35s were built between 1988 and 1995.

Built by Tartan Marine she offers great quality and is equally suited for a family day-sail or club racing - and cruising. T-35s were built between 1988 and 1995.

Broderi is a clean-looking tiller steering boat, with long sailing waterline extended aft to a broad transom with swim ladder.

Hull and deck are 100 per cent hand-laid biaxial fiberglass over balsa core. Deck is solid glass in way of deck hardware. Hull laminate with Vinylester resin to minimise moisture intrusion. Fiberglass grid structure bonded to the hull to distribute rig and keel loads.

Double-spreader masthead rig . Top-level hardware used throughout, including new Harken Radial self-tailing primary winches and newly installed Tides Strong Track system. The 10-foot-long cockpit with contoured seats and high, comfortable coamings.

Spacious and functional interior features comfortable 6’2″ headroom, sit down nav station, full galley and five large berths: double V berth forward, quarter-berths and 6’6”settee’s in the main cabin. Settee seatbacks fold up into pilot berths for additional sleeping or gear storage. Enclosed head, hot and cold pressure water with shower, refrigerator/freezer icebox, alcohol stove w/ oven, teak fold down table for dining. Attention to detail is evident in the careful glasswork, teak and holly sole and interior teak trim. 8 Lewmar opening ports, 2 Lewmar overhead hatches and two solar vents all make for excellent ventilation.

 

A racer cruiser interior with straight setters port and starboard. Seat backs fold up to provide pilot berths. Quarter berths port and starboard aft. L- galley with stove with oven (alcohol), sink with pressure water and ice box with refrigeration (new 2019); New cushions 2014.

 

Sails and Rigging: Double spreader masthead rig with rod rigging. Rigid boom vang. Hydraulic backstay adjuster. Tides Marine mainsail track (new 2020) Lazy Jack’s with Dyneema upgrade (new 2020). Harken roller furling.

Primary winches upgraded to Harken radial self-trailing. Running rigging all newer V100 or Endura. 2 #1s one race ready second furling ready - 2 Mains: 1 race ready, other delivery/practice serviceable; Jib top race ready; #3 jib serviceable; .75 oz. spinnaker; .6 oz. spinnaker

 

Electronics: Signet system for wind, boat speed, depth, etc. All updated and functional; Garmin GPS with XM weather capability; Stereo

 

Other Features: fixed GCFI, new center halyard, new main halyard sheave, new bilge pump, new speedometer, new Jeffa rudder bearings and new XL mast (electronics) display beneath boom reads from Garmin chart plotter; Max prop upgrade over Martec folding; Newer Lewmar foredeck hatch; Upgraded Ritchie deck compasses; LED running lights and most interior lights.
