CONSTRUCTION
Epoxy sandwich bonded with cedar hull and deck
Spade rudder and Fin keel
Brazilian cedar planking over mail mold, 15mm x 40mm cover (speed trip), epoxy bonded and bronze fastned
Planking cross laminated with 2x3 mm Khaya veneers at 45 degrees.
Hog, keel, stem and stern posts, horn timber, floors, beam shelf constructed from solid or laminated strait grain Brazilian cedar
Hull is stiffened by fitting all the internal furniture in plywood bonded to the hull to form a stiff monocoque structure
600 gsm bi-radial glass and epoxy sheathed to hull planking
All plywood used is Brynzeel brand, manufactured to Lloyds specs.
