Description

(CURRENT OWNER OF 3-YEARS) PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP THROUGHOUT THIS BEAUTIFULLY MAINTAINED SIGMA 36-2. PLEASE SEE FULL SPEC'S FOR COMPLETE LISTING DETAILS

This classic racer/cruiser has an extensive and impressive racing background- proven winner! This boat has resided on Lake Erie for an extended period of time. She is equipped with hot water and AC/Heat (new 2023). Regular upgrades and improvements have been invested in the boat in the last decade and she shows beautifully. Notable features include extensive sail inventory, updated Lowrance/Raymarine electronics, hydraulic backstay, and updated running rigging!

Following the success of the one-design Sigma 33, one of the smallest yachts to finish the gruelling 1979 Fastnet Race, the Sigma 36-2 was the next model to be launched in the range.
By today’s standards it’s a conservative cruiser-racer with a good balance between speed on all points of sail and impeccable handling, both under sail and power.

Interior accommodation has berths for 9-10 people. The 362 was launched in the mid 1980s, with a smaller masthead rig, a new deck moulding and a more conventional two-double cabin interior.
