Accommodations

The cockpit on Mistral seats six adults with added comfort provided by a full set of cockpit cushions. A dodger and Bimini protect guests and crew from wind and sun. Teak decks. immaculate brightwork and custom stainless steel fittings everywhere you look indicate that MISTRAL is no run-of-the-mill production boat! Her wide decks and low profile cabin top make it easy to move fore and aft.  Stepping down through the companionway into the main salon one is struck once again by the fine wood joinery and craftsmanship. Rich varnish and a stainless fireplace add to the "fine yacht" ambiance. Traditional layout has a fixed table on the centerline with folding leaves and secure sea berths on either side with huge storage areas underneath. Aft and to port is a U-shaped galley containing a double stainless sink with H/C pressurized water, large top-loading refrigerator/freezer, 3-burner propane stove and ample counter and storage space. To starboard is a forward-facing navigation station with a dedicated seat and large chart table with electrical panel and instruments well-organized and in easy reach. Forward and to port is the fully enclosed head with Jabsco manual marine toilet, stainless sink with H/C pressurized water, hand-held shower head, and storage space. Sleeping accommodations are provided by seven large  single berths throughout the boat. Forward single could easily be converted into a typical V-berth in case two people want to sleep together.

Brokers Comments

The boat is in excellent shape inside and out except for several areas on topsides where paint is flaking. Price listed is for the boat "as is" but may be adjusted after the owner has the hull painted during the upcoming off season.
