This boat was proven as an off-shore sailing vessel, as the last owner sailed from Hawaii to Port Townsend, WA, and between Hawaii and Tahiti multiple times.
The Flicka 18 includes many fine details - from the hull design, to the wood trim, to the layout which allows good accessibility to rigging and use of the Flicka 18 inside and out.
I feel that this Flicka needs some attention to bring her to full working condition and comfort. Some cushions and other upholstery should replaced for full comfort. With this being said, this vessel is well worth the effort.

This vessel feels solid from the moment you step aboard. The cabin seems spacious and well built, but needing some attention to the hull-side coverings and headliner. The cabin offers a V-berth, settee, and quarter berth, allowing for up to 4 adults. Storage space is available throughout the cabin, including under the settee, in the aft starboard storage area, and under sections of the Vberth. The galley was originally setup with a stove, sink, and ice box, but the stove has been removed. The porta-potti / head is situated under a removable section of the V-berth and is easily accessible.
Bilge pump is manual and located on the aft deck. Fire extinguisher located on starboard wall of V-berth.
