ARGONAUT is a boat that our office has known for 30 years, having been involved with owners and sales several times. She is a Nautor Swan 44 gem, and for someone looking for an almost entirely original boat, this is it. Her interior is excellent, the decks are in excellent condition, and she has seen almost no use for the past 20 years or so. Her floorboards were replaced with original Nautor teak floorboards by one of her previous owners, who also took excellent care of the boat. She has participated in Swan regattas, Bermuda races, and more, and is ready to hit the water again.

Notes:
- This boat would be very easy to truck, as all the deck gear has been off and on the boat recently, so no issues with frozen fittings, etc.
- The owner just measured the boat, and based on the measurements, the boat is under 12’6” for bridge clearances. The bow & stern pulpits, deck stanchions, compass on binnacle, wheel, winches bodies (bases can remain), and dorade vents would need to be removed.
- With the boat in this ownership for over two years, a new buyer would be prudent to replace the rigging as this owner does not have history on the rigging.
- Her sails are serviceable, but since they are 1992’s, again, would be a good idea to replace the main and jib.
