A 2003 Island Packet 485 with the full inventory but requiring some maintenance.

Just two owners from new. The current owner bought the boat in Florida in 2007 and sailed to the Bahamas then down to the Caribbean.

For the last ten years this boat has been based in Antigua, mainly as a winter liveaboard, only occasionally sailed to the neighbouring islands and always hauled out each summer.

Hauled out since spring 2023, much of the machinery and equipment has been unused for several years and will require overhauling.

No collision or storm damage just deferred maintenance
