As a family yacht, the Dehler 34 is a boat that is easily handled with a spacious and well protected cockpit, especially good for families with young children. Below decks, the headroom of 1.85 m is a true luxury and the roomy L-shaped sofa provides exceptional comfort during dining and doubles as two additional sea berths. A table, folding on both sides, gives easy access fore and aft and includes a bar storage compartment for those all important bottles of wine. The many opening hatches create a natural through-draught that will truly be appreciated during the long summer cruises. The traditional Dehler method of construction is used, with the hull and deck laminated together to form one exceptionally strong unit. With a 9/10 fractional-rig and a Selden keel-stepped, tapered mast, the Dehler 34 will get you where you want to go quickly yet with minimal fuss, thanks to the fact that all sheets and halyards are adjustable from the cockpit. The steering is dynamic and responsive whether the tiller or wheel option is chosen.
