A beautiful and ready to cruise 51 Southwell built by the well proven aluminum boat
builders Jacob Brothers. Due to owners personal reasons the decision has been made to
sell this outstanding cruising vessel. She is immaculately maintained and only sailed local
Cape Town waters since her launch. She is ready for a family to set off on an
unforgettable cruising adventure. Registered offshore.

Rigging: Sloop cutter, Sparcraft aluminium mast and boom – Haytrack boom, Whisker pole (stored on mast), 2 Profurl roller-furling units – C420 and C430, staysail on self-tacking Harken
track, Harken Batt car on Main, Sissy bars, all LED Nav lights, stainless steel cable
rigging.

Sails: Total: 4 – Make: Ulman. Stack-pack Endurance dacron Main with lazy-jacks,
Asymmetrical Spinnaker, Endurance dacron Staysail.

Winches: Total: 7 – Make: Harken. 2 x No.60 electric Primaries, 2 x No.50 Secondaries, No.46
Mast, 2 x No.46 Coachroof (1 electric). 2 Winch handles.

Engine: 110hp Yanmar 4JH110 engine, 1000L diesel storage in 2 aluminium tanks – 903L main
and 75L day tank, 3-blade fixed prop, 3 batteries – 2 x Blue Nova lithium house-bank,
and 1 Victron engine, 60 Series Belmar 70Ah alternator 24V with multi regulator and
temperature sensor.

Steering: Pedestal wheel cable steering, emergency tiller, Raymarine Evolution autopilot with P70S with ACU and EV1 with type 2 linear 24V drive, Vetus 185mm tube Bowthruster with panel
and joystick, Raymarine wind vane.

Electrics: Raymarine Ray 63 VHF with Ray 60 and 70 Raymic, Raymarine Quantum Radar,
Raymarine 9 and 12 inch GPS chart plotter with high chrip, Echo pilot forward looking
sonar, Raymarine AIS700 transceiver, Raymarine i79; echo sounder, log and wind
instruments, Raymarine i70s repeater at nav station, Binnacle compass, Victron battery
management system, Victron GX touch screen battery monitor and Victron Wifi module,

Accomm: Total berths: 6 – 3 cabins. 2 Double and 2 single berths, 2 heads (1 electric and 1 manual) and Jabsco with salt or fresh water Y-valve, 2 showers, 2 basins, 2 black-water holding
tanks, material upholstery, Oak laminate flooring. White painted interior with Oak trimming
and finishes. Interior is light and airy with plenty of opening deck hatches, spacious interior
with great stowage throughout. Headroom is amazing throughout with help from her
raised deck saloon. The raised deck saloon area has the nav station and comfortable
seating with 360 degree views. LED lighting throughout, all bunks are fitted with lee cloths,
bedding for all cabins, Oceanair blinds used throughout including the deck hatches, raised
deck saloon windows use 8mm armour plated glass, Lewmar deck hatches throughout.
Galley: 3-Burner Force 10 stove with oven and grill, microwave, Vitrifrigo fridge, Vitrifrigo freezer,
fridge and freezer mobile unit built in at the saloon, 2 x 9kg gas bottles, Vetus GD1000
gas alarm, double stainless steel sink, pressurised hot and cold fresh water system,
cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

Plumbing: 1000L Water storage in 1 aluminium tank, pressurised hot and cold fresh water system – hot from Isotherm 40L calorifier, 6 bilge pumps – 2 Whale manual and 4 Rule electric.
