Accommodations

Companionway steps over engine box to saloon with wet locker to one side. Large opening chart table to stb with quarter berth behind and storage below. Galley to pt with stove, sink, fridge and stowage. Saloon with 1 double and 1 single berth (both extendable sideways), table with drop leaf which can be lowered to provide infill for a double berth. Lee boards (not cloths) to all berths. Ample galley and saloon locker space. There is full standing headroom in the saloon and heads. Bulkhead hygrometer, thermometer, barometer and clock, latter new 2021. Fwd through bifold door to heads (pt) and hanging locker/drawers (stb), through second bifold door to fwd cabin, V-shaped berth with infill and storage below. Shelving above berths and storage bins below. Interior joinery is utile apart from the new electrical locker which is teak. Eberspacher blown air heater fitted- last serviced winter 2021.

Sails Rigging

Masthead rigged, single spreaders and cap shrouds, baby stay and single adjustable backstay. All standing rigging replaced 2023 (Ratseys). Neutmast, not original, silver anodised aluminium mast; deck stepped with stainless steel compression post. Sparcraft boom, replacement gooseneck assembly 2018 Sailspar furler, new 2023. Running rigging renewed as required. Almost all post 2017. Fully battened mainsail, loose footed, two slab reefs, new 2019, (Wilkinson). Lazy bag, new 2019. Smaller furling genoa (Hagoort), new 2013 in excellent condition. UV strip added 2018. Large furling genoa (Wilkinson) new 2023. Padded luff. UV strip. Luff sock, newish zip, used before the UV strip was added to the small genoa. Spinnaker pole (well used). Spinnaker, sheets and guys, not original to boat. 4 stainless steel Enkes 22 winches (2 halyard, 2 main). Sprayhood, new 2023 (Ratseys). Dodgers, currently stored below. 10 Spinlock clutches. All lines are led back to the cockpit - this is non-standard.
