C C 44

Well cared for C&C 44 with extensive upgrades. This is the centre board model so able to cruise in lower waters yet able to offer racing performance with centre board down.

The vessel was completely refitted in 2008, which included new electronics(radar head replaced in 2020), repainting of the topsides, deck, refinishing of the interior and a new teak & holly sole fitted. All of the deck hardware and hull fittings were rebedded. Lightly used since and kept very well.

 Fully set up for cruising with dodger and bimini, large aft queen cabin, two full heads with showers, large V-berth with storage and private head, large galley with fridge and freezer, seating and table for friends and family.
