Wonderful and updated German-owned example of the beautiful and very rarely offered Avance 36.  This yacht has had the same German owners for the last 10 years, where it has been well maintained and always been stored in the hall for the winter.

Note that the engine was replaced in 1997. Sail drive cuff is new in 2022 and all cushions in the boat are new in 2021. The boat has never had teak on deck.

 Avance 36 is a beautiful and fast Finnish-built sailboat, designed by the legendary Peter Norlin. Very large and spacious cockpit. The cockpit includes cushions, spray hood and camper canvas. In the salon with good standing height, there is a bunk bed and a card table on the SB side. Pantry in BB side. 2 longship sofas that can also be converted into beds. In the fore cabin there is a toilet room and a large forecabin with a double v-berth. Option for 6 berths on board.
