Description

Located in Wilmington, CA

The Gemini 105Mc is probably America's most popular cruising catamaran. This original owner boat has seen light use and excellent care and shows very well.

The Gemini is a very enjoyable boat to sail, with the centerboards down she has good performance to windward and with them raised you can get into secluded anchorages inaccessible to other yachts.  With only 14' beam the Gemini is also able to fit into a marina slip, eliminating the need for an end-tie berth.

Accommodations

Sleeps eight in three staterooms and convertible dinette. Matched double (6'6" X 46") berth staterooms in aft of each hull. Main Salon in center of boat with chart area and storage to port, U-shaped dinette with seating for six to eight in center over bridge deck and galley to starboard. Dinette converts to a double berth. Forward on port is the head/shower area with a folding plexiglass door separating the shower area from the head. Forward on starboard is the master stateroom with a standard queen berth (6'6" X 5'4”) over the forward bridge deck area. Large polycarbonate windows provide ample light and give the interior an open and airy feeling. Teak and holly cabin soles and abundant teak trim provide a warm interior feel. Formica counter tops, molded headliner and FRP panels make for low maintenance in the interior upkeep.

Galley

The galley features a four cubic foot Dometic 110V/propane refrigerator with freezer, two burner propane stove with oven and broiler, built in microwave, and manual freshwater pump. There is a double stainless-steel sink with pressure hot and cold water.

Ample storage for dry goods and kitchenware is provided under the galley counter and in cabinets opposite the counter area. There is countertop work surface on both the inboard side and outboard side of the galley, and a spice rack shelf above the sink counter.

There is a curved traveler track between the bows and forward of the headstay to be used with the 200% screecher. The track allows the headsail to be pulled windward when sailing off the wind for better sail shape and performance. The mainsail has been up four times, the Genoa out twice and the screecher has never been used.
