Description

This 1994 Pacific Seacraft 37 is a well-kept fine example of a blue water offshore cruiser.  Designed by renowned naval architect, William Crealock, this vessel was built with the goal of providing speed, comfort, safety and seaworthiness for sailors who want to explore any the world's oceans. The 6 ton lead keel provides stabilty and direction.  The modified keel with a skeg hung rudder provides necessary protection of the prop.  The PSC 37 has proven to be at home whether coastal cruising or circumnavigating the world.  Since we aquired the boat we have spent more than $16,000 updating and improving the looks of the boat.  A new dinghy (February 2022) and a low hour Honda 9.9 HP mortor are part of the sale.

Accommodations

Starting forward is the chain locker, accessible through double doors forward of the forecabin berth.  The forecabin provides a quiet spacious offset double berth, 7' long, 47" wide with a large regular mattress and side dressing seat.  The FCF Series Marine AC unit is located in the port side hangar locker.  Under the berth are two large storage  compartments and several drawers for clothing.  Ample ventilation is provided by large overhead opening hatch and three opening ports.  Continuing aft, is a double hanging locker to port and the head is to starboard with a privacy door for the forward cabin.

Salon has a 6' settee berth to port and an L-shaped settee to starboard with cushions re-covered with tan durable leather-like material at a cost of $2,200.  There is dry storage under the settees, teak storage lockers and bookshelves above the settees.  The L-shaped starboard settee uses a filler cushion to convert to a 6' x 49" double berth.  The salon also features several additional bulkhead mounted teak bookshelves on both the port and starboard sides plus two starboard side lockers.  Ventilation is provided by an overhead opening hatch, an overhead dorade vent, and 6 opening ports.  A fold out dining table rests against the galley cabinetry.  There is an additional connecting table top that doubles the size of the table serving both sides of the settee.  A TV is wall mounted above the settee.

There is a privacy door for the head.  The head has a hand held shower, Graco manual flush toilet with sauna seat, stainless steel 11" oval sink, vanity, 2' x 2" teak trimmed mirror, 43" long teak cabinet above vanity, teak floor grate over the shower sump, fresh water pump, hot and cold pressure water, teak handrail towel rack.  An overhead dorade vent and opening port provide excellent ventilation.

Opposite the galley is the 30" by 27" nav station with a large opening chart table and dedicated seat.  Behind the seat is a 6' 11" long quarterberth that runs to the rear of the boat.  The entire cabin is hand rubbed teak, with Formica trim and a teak and holly cabin sole.  A five step teak ladder leads over the engine compartment to the cockpit.  Headroom in the salon is 6' 3" and the sole is teak and holly.

Galley Equipment

The galley is U-shaped and located aft of the starboard settee/ dinette/berth.  Storage and spice racks are under the counter.  There are two utensil drawers above the counter and three deep storage compartments  plus an overhead dish storage compartment.  There is an Adler Barbour top load 12 volt refrigeration unit.

*Force 10 two burner gimbaled stove with oven & safety grab bar. *Atwood 6 gallon hot water heater.  *Pressure water system.  *Manual pump water system. *20 LPG tank in cockpit locker.  *Dual 12"x12"x8" deep stainless steel sinks.  * Top load trash bin with 16"x12" teak cutting board top.

 

Deck and Hull Equipment

Bimini and dodger with stainless steel frame.  Dodger has hard top with (2) 18" wide side hand rails.  White cockpit cushions all around with one portable captain's seat.  Stainless steel stern swim ladder with a second portable ladder.  (2) Dorades.  (2) 21" X 21" hatches.  Double anchor stainless steel pulpit.  Edson 30" S/S steering wheel.  Edson pedestal. Newly refinished teak pedestal table.  (2) Drink holders attached at new instrument housing.  

Cutter rigged with stepped on deck mast.  Harkin Jib reefing and roller furling systems for head sail and stay sail.  Schaefer traveler forward of dodger.  Rope vang.  (2) Winch handles.  (2) Lewmar #48 winches on gunnels.  (2) #16 winches to right of sea hood.  (1) Lewmar #16 winch to left of sea hood.  

Dinghy Davits with block and tackle lift.  Dinghy Motor mount and lift.

Two large solar panels are mounted at the top of the davits.  

Manual bilge pump on the starboard side of the cockpit.
