Lagoon 440

Lying on the Gold Coast, 'MOONSTRUCK' is a 2007 Lagoon 440 now exclusively for sale with YOTI Queensland.

With over 400 produced, the Lagoon 440 has made an excellent name for itself as a capable and comfortable blue water cruiser. Moonstruck is the owner's version and is well presented and maintained by her owners and is now ready for her next adventure.

The flybridge on Moonstruck has one of the largest and well-designed custom hard top with clear and shade enclosure. An opening, transparent sliding hatch makes for easy mainsail trim, and rear-mounted hard-top steps allow for access to the mainsail bag. At the helm are the Garmin Chart plotter and multi-function displays, with the all-important mainsheet winch and other winches at arm's length. She has a full batten mainsail, furling jib, and a Code 0 on a removable furler set from the bowsprit.

This vessel has twin Yanmar 54HP engines, an Onan 4kw Genset, 1300W solar on two stainless-steel frames, a 2KW inverter, saloon air conditioning, additional fridge and freezer capacity, and a washing machine. She also comes with a tender and a 15HP outboard, a big Rocna anchor, blue underwater LED lights and more. Her watermaker will need servicing. Please see her full inventory on our website.

Moonstruck's light and welcoming interior is in Beech with light crème upholstery. The saloon has the trademark excellent all-around visibility that Lagoons are known for. Centrally there is a large, comfortable L-shaped seating area with table and bench. Starboard is the navigation or workstation with chart plotter and navigation instruments. The aft-facing galley with practical stainless-steel tops has ample counter space and is fitted with a gas oven and hob. The fridge and freezer are in the galley/saloon, with a drink fridge in the cockpit.

The three cabins are all ensuite, with sizeable scenic hull windows and overhead opening hatches to ensure ventilation and the feeling of light and space. The spacious owner's cabin to starboard has an island-style double berth, a midship desk, a wardrobe, and a sofa. Forward is the large head with an enclosed shower and washing machine.

The port aft cabin features a same-sized island berth with good storage, its own head, and a shower. The port-forward cabin features a double berth with an ensuite head and shower that is also accessible from the passageway.

3 Cabin Owners version, interior wood in beech and upholstering light crème. Large L-shaped settee in saloon, pull out blinds to all deck hatches. Curtains to all windows. Three double berth and two seat lounge in owners cabin. Under mattress slats.

Ensuite h/c showers to all cabins, 1 x h/c cockpit shower. 60 ltr Hot water system - heated Electric( new element + thermostat 2020) or by Engine.

Natural anodised aluminium mast. Aluminium boom. Stainless steel 1 x 19 wire (re-rigged in July -'21). Aluminium bowsprit for Gennaker/ MPS. New halyards and sheets 2020.

Winches: At helm: 2 x Harken 46 2Sp ST Electric winches and 2 x Harken 53 2Sp ST manual winches. Spinlock jammers and Selden blocks.
