Belliure announces the launching at the end of this year of the first unit of the New Endurance 50. A 50 footer which has the spirit of a ¨super yacht¨, combining classic lines with a modern attitude and performance. Designed by Vicente Belliure and Iñigo Toledo.
Keeping the warmth , attractiveness and character of the original, the new and improved Belliure Endurance 50 has been designed with significant improvements rigging , deck , interior and appendices , transforming the original design in an attractive proposition , very interesting for future owners in the growing semi -custom market .
Using the most advanced engineering software and tools available , have presented a boat 20 % lighter and with better performance in all areas . The ballast ratio has increased from 32 to 38 % and the center of gravity has dropped upwind improving performance and increasing stability. The new rig and sail plan incorporate a boom longer and increases the sail area by leech , which translates into better performance upwind in 8 knots at 32 ° instead of 7 knots to 40 who were registered with the previous cut.
Apart from changes in the number, size and location of the breaches in the hull, its attractive line V remains practically unchanged. What I have changed are the appendices , with a better keel deeper profile and improves performance by 20 % and area increased in the rudder blade which increases feelings to navigate and sensitivity

But the changes and improvements not only refer to navigation and maneuvering performance . The new deck plan with a low profile roof flush hatches proposes outdoor areas of intense and comfortable use .
As with any Mediterranean cruise , the tub is a focal point and special consideration , so that its volume has increased significantly going from 2 to 4 m in length. When enjoying the sea, the aft center section folds easily and safely .
Regarding the interior layout , the biggest changes have been aimed at repositioning the master cabin forward and make room in the aft section two double cabins . All this translates into a better rest for the owner to moor stern , and the inclusion of a separate toilet in each aft cabin is a clever design detail to make you feel a bit special guests aboard one Belliure Endurance 50 .
