Young Sun Pilothouse Cutter

This Young Sun 43 pilothouse cutter is a big comfortable live-aboard home and capable voyager. The pilothouse design gives you inside and outside steering so no matter what the weather brings, you are comfortable. Her spacious two cabin layout with two heads works for a family or a couple.

Note, The Current Live-aboard Slip is Transferable!! We know she is meant for the sea but live-aboard slips in Broward or Dade are as rare. Come and go as you please or give up the slip, your choice.

Engine rebuilt, new head gasket, raw water pump and exhaust manifold. New water heater that works with the engine or electric. There is more to be done to make her more modern, she could use digital engine gauges,
and another lithium battery or two would be a great addition. She is due for a bottom job soon and needs a piece of the aft sole fixed however none of these things keep the boat from sailing. We just wanted all the newest and digital things as possible, and we are having what we can afford done as we can afford it. Like all older boats she needs TLC and maintenance such as yearly brightwork on exterior rails.
The pilothouse windows had crazing from age, we have replaced 3 of the 6 and have the 3 remaining lenses that just need to be installed (easy to do or hire it done). We have a new mast light to be installed as well. Boat comes with an array of tools and spare hoses engine parts, filters and pumps etc. Our plans have changed hence the reason for selling.
