Dragonfly 25 Touring

A super nice recent model of the very hard to find Danish built Dragonfly 25 Touring trimaran. In exceptionally good condition with a lot of installed options. Ready to go anywhere on its factory provided trailer.

General Description

Construction

All three hulls in white Gelocat finish. Deck and structural parts of the interior are hand-laid fiberglass and Biaxial fibres combined with Divinycell closed Cell foam core sandwich construction. Nonskid is part of the deck molding. The 4 wings and the 2 structural Composite bulkheads are made in unidirectional and Biaxial fibres in tempered Vinylester resin. Collision bulkhead in all three hulls.

Center composite rudder and centreboard with automatic kick-up system, controlled from the cockpit. Tiller steering with tiller extension. Epoxy primer and antifouling on all three hulls and centreboard. 2 x float hatches, incl. extra finish and topcoat inside each float.

Below deck

Interior composite moldings, including the headliner in main cabin, and, wooden panels at the sofa backrest. Two acrylic windows (smoke colour) in centre cabin. Table in main cabin/cockpit which also folds down for sleeping in centre cabin.

Cockpit and deck

Manual operated bilge pump in cockpit. Two trampoline nettings in grey UV-resistance material. Safety ladder. Large storage room with hatch in cockpit. 2 x 16 Andersen two speed winches + one winch handle. Ronstan mainsheet traveler and self-tacking jib track system. 2 x triple deck organizers + one Quadruple halyard stopper + one Triple halyard stopper. Mainsheet 1:12 block system. 4 x stainless mooring cleats, one stainless centre bow eye for trailering and bowsprit. Windex flagpole and 4 mooring lines.

Engine

6 HP Suzuki long shaft outboard engine with internal tank.

Mast, rig and sails

10.5 m (34.5 ft) rotating aluminum mast incl. spanner and outhaul to control mast position. One spreader. Boom with two single line reef system. All lines lead back to cockpit. 2:1 purchase mainsail halyard in Dyneema, gennaker halyard, self-tacking jib sheet lead through the mast and back to cockpit.
Mainsail 24 m2 in Elvström radial laminate with DCX quality, 5 battens, 2 reef points and Lazy Jack system. Self-tacking jib 10.5 m2 in Elvström radial laminate with DCX quality, 2 battens and furling system. Side stays with adjustable block system.
