Precision 15 keel

This Precision 15 Keel Daysailer is a wonderful boat to get out on the lake with friends and family.Being a real keel boat this boat it is almost impossible to capsize.It is a more sable version of the already stable Precision 15 centerboard version.This KEEL version is VERY STABLE.It is a sloop rigged boat that will comfortably seat four adults yet totally sailable by one from start to finish - even in a great breeze.A one owner boat this Precision 15 Keel version has had modest to soft use and thus the cosmetics are enjoyable and theColored Sailshave decades of of use left in them.  This Precision includes the factory outboard bracket and rollerfurler.   The rollerfurler makes singlehanding a breeze.While sailing this boat you will notice that it has a nice balance to it as well. This boat's  equipment includes Harken blocks & cleats for the running rigging, deck cleats and a well crafted galvanized trailer that is trailerable by most any size car. The boat is easily rigged by one or two people in 10 to 20 minutes with regular sized folks.  And as mentioned the  roller furler has been added for ease of sailing and containing the jib.There is no moving mechanism with the fixed keel and while still relatively easy to launch the 1' 9" draft still allows for reasonable windward performance.We will be happy to assist in going through the rigging and making sure that you are familiar with the boat.
