She is Excellent condition, featuring  beautiful hardtop, fully restored Westerbeke diesel with low hours. Newer sails, barely used.

This vessel features the preferred Plan B layout and has never been in charter. JAZZ has a classic feel with modern amenities. CSYs overall are well known for being extremely tough boats. Solid fiberglass flush decks eliminate the worry of soft spots. CSYs are known for their large cockpits. Each side boasts over 6′ of seating area.

Accommodations:

This vessel features the preferred Plan B layout and has never been in charter. JAZZ has a classic feel with modern amenities. CSYs overall are well known for being extremely tough boats. Solid fiberglass flush decks eliminate the worry of soft spots. CSYs are known for their large cockpits. Each side boasts over 6′ of seating area with custom waterproof cushions. A custom aluminum solar arch with custom fiberglass top provides the helm with excellent shade and cover from the weather. The hard top frame has custom built-in mahogany seats aft for excellent visibility and comfort underway. The fiberglass hardtop insulates against the heat and keeps the cockpit significantly cooler than canvas on sunny days. The large saloon has 6'4" of headroom, has a folding table that can accommodate 8 people and can be made into a double berth 78" in length. There is a captains berth on port FWD that accommodated two adults - 78" in length. Head is FWD on port - Lavac manual head with new pump installed. 15 gallon waste tank accessed for servicing from deck. Head has sink with hot and cold water and sit down shower fwd. Bulkheads and ceilings have been re-surfaced with Interlux Brightside Polyurethane and all brightwork with Varathane. 

 

Navigation Systems:

Garmin 900 series GPS/ with gWind package. This includes wind direction, speed and water depth. Custom mount at Captain station in cockpit as well as for Ipad with 12V hook up. Icom VHF radio mounted in saloon with additional external mic at captain cockpit pedestal station. Weems and Plath chronometer and barometer. West Marine waterproof 7X50 binoculars with range and compass. Various paper charts and custom mobile chart table that fits on cockpit table. Richie Globemaster compass at captain pedestal station. Additional compass mounted in Captains stateroom. Autohelm 6000 Autopilot.

 

Deck and Hull Equipment

Ideal electric windlass with two anchors - one Delta 44# and CQR #40 and both with 150' 5/16" chain followed by 100' of twisted nylon line. Both mounted on bow rollers for easy deployment and retrieval. 6 large hatches modified with tinted 3/8" thick lexan and heavy duty spring struts. 2-5 gallon Diesel tanks and 1-5 gallon Gasoline tank and 1- 5 gallon Water tank mounted on deck FWD on Port rail. 2 bilge pumps - one regular and one for high water as a back up. Additional sump and pump to outside boat for all shower and head sink grey water waste. Transom mounted swim ladder. Dri-Dek rubber flooring installed in cockpit, head and at anchoring station
