The full keel configuration with attached rudder adds to her stability. The self-tending club footed staysail reduces windward sailing to effortless tacks, and allows for a variation in the sail plan.
SELLER'S COMMENTS ""I have receipts for most everything spent which I am happy to share. There are no known issues with the boat. No softness in cockpit or anywhere. It has been very well maintained by the past three owners. Purchase dates for the sails I believe are in the document I sent to you. I’ll check. My guess is the main and Yankee are 7 years old. The Genoa is 3. All are in excellent condition. I believe the standing rigging was replaced in 2012. The mast and rigging were taken down every winter until I purchased the boat".
