Only 1000 original hours previous to reworked. Engine work inspected by multiple expert marine mechanics, all agreed excellent.Stringers made to support Yanmar. 3-6 layers of heavy fiberglass cloth & vinyl ester resin, laminated to hull, fillet material all gaps, cracks & corners. Prop coupling & transmission coupling mated to .001"  Stringer fiberglass & install inspected & verified my multiple experts, inc materials engineer, all concur excellent workmanship.Exhaust system built to Vernalift specs on below water line engine.Dry exhaust riser has flexible section (eliminates motion transfer from engine to muffler) & is mounted directly off turbo, mixing elbow located after downturn elbow.Wet exhaust flows downward into Vernalift muffler. Wet exhaust exits muffler, goes into 180 deg elbow, then 90 deg elbow & flows in a slight downhill slope exiting side of hull.All wet exhaust is above waterline.
