Description

AMAZING BANK REPO DEAL!  Sold on a first-come, first-served basis at this price!  Hurry, this Tayana will not last long on the market.  I was told that she has over $100,000 worth of upgrades (not included the value of the boat itself).  The highlights that I am aware of include:In-boom furling sailSelden Aluminum MastShaefer Furling JibShaefer bow boom?Windlass anchor systemStainless cabin heaterDometic air conditioning systemWesterbeke engine (looks to have been recently redone)Newer rigging cables and bucklesNewer looking winchesOne (1) electric winchNewer looking sailsNewer looking interior upholsteryComplete newer B&G (Simrad) electronics packageThe newer electronics package, alone, was reported to be over $20,000.  This includes two B&G multifunction (with chartplotting) screens, 4G radar, sonar system, VHF, and Fusion stereo. The interior is exceptionally clean for her age.  The soft goods look to have been redone recently with high quality fabric.  There is a new looking heater in the salon as well as a new looking air conditioning unit.  The helm station is modern and there is a newer electronics panel. The engine looks to have also been redone or new recently.  The hoses, clamps, etc also look fresh and relatively new.  The engine meter shows 156 hours. The fuel tank under the v-berth also looks newer. The exterior teak has the varnish coming off.  It will need to be sanded and redone. The hullside paint (red) looks to be in good condition.  A buff and a wax should make the paint look new.The topside paint (white) looks good, too.The rigging for the mast and sails all look good.  The sails look like they are newer.I do not know much about sailboats.  We acquired this vessel as a bank repo.  We have acquired millions worth of bank repos.  The vast majority are powerboats.  We are selling this Tayana at a big discount compared to the others on the market, even with her newer goodies.  This is not a retail (think Marine Max) type of transaction... This will likely be a diamond for someone. This will come with clear title to the next owner.5761-676-7250Show More
