Traditional, unusual, sea kindly, rugged are all adjectives that have been used to describe this hearty motor sailer from the design board and build of Reg Freeman Yachts. This particular example has enjoyed some extensive re-fitting in recent times and should reward a new owner who seeks a dependable and 'different' motor sailor. I have personally sailed in a friend's Seadog, to a Seadog rally in Ireland, and can attest to the popularity and capability of these proper little ships; one of which had circumnavigated half the UK, singlehandedly, to get there! In summary I can do no better than to quote a small extract from Sailing Today magazine: "The Seadog 30 is decidedly different. A friendly and active owners’ association welcomes new owners and will help guide them through the inevitable issues that occur with old boats. The accommodation will appeal to a minority, but may well suit them perfectly. If you want a true motor-sailer in the old style, one with character that’s also cosy, comfortable, safe and steady, then the Seadog may be for you". Worthy of note, Dagotia was the very first production Seadog and as such featured at the London Boat Show and had reviews and magazine articles written about her! These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.Show More
