Cabot 36 Cutter

Okalee is a Nova Scotia built, Ted Brewer designed blue water cruiser. The cutter rig and full keel offer ease and stability.  The Cabot 36 are renowned worldwide as dependable long range cruising yachts. It has had a recent survey in 2019.

We do want to ensure that prospective purchasers know that she is a project boat. She appears to be quite sound but does have some interior work that needs to be repaired. This is an estate sale and it is believed that the electronics, etc. are in working order but can't be warranted to work.
