Najad 380 Aphrodite

The Najad 380 Aphrodite is a very special boat. With only a handful built, they rarely come onto the yacht brokerage market. CABLE CALL has had one owner since new and has been well looked after over the years. She had new standing rigging done in 2018 and the boat comes with a good specification. Construction

RCD Status: The yacht conforms with the essential safety requirements of Directive 94/25EC or RCDII (2013/53/EU as appropriate (Recreational Craft Directive) and is categorised A – “Ocean”.

Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:

• Mahogany coach roof, vacuum infused onto a GRP Najad 380 deck moulding. The solid wood veneer is encapsulated beneath two layers of clear GRP and high performance epoxy with high gloss UV filter acrylic urethane lacquer finish.
• GRP white hull with grey cove line and boot top
• Vacuum infused hull laminate in high performance vinyl ester resin.
• Teak (12mm) laid decks, cockpit, bathing platform and coach roof.
• Divinicell closed cell coring above the waterline giving exceptional stiffness and excellent insulation.
• Epoxy treatment below waterline.
• Fixed stainless steel windscreen (upgrade on the std. alloy windscreen).
• Stainless steel grab rails outside windscreen.
• Stainless steel window/ports frames on coach roof.
• Stainless steel dorade ventilators with stainless steel guards/grab rails.

Keel & Rudder:

• Lead keel bolted to deep GRP stub providing an exceptionally deep bilge sump.
• Semi-balanced rudder with half skeg.
