Remarks

This Mason 44 represents a good value for a capable cruiser and solid, offshore sailing vessel.    The Owner has not been able to use the boat as anticipated and it has been used sparingly for the last 4 years.   For these reasons, he has decided to sell.

The owner is in process of completing the final work on his punch list.  Between him, various service vendors and a boat yard, this boat is now ready for a sale.

Please review the Specs and call if you have questions.  There is a large inventory of other items on board, both functional to daily use and many spare parts, etc.
