++REFIT PROJECT++ This CT 54 Taiwan Clipper “Topaz” is designed by Robert Perry. Topaz was unused from 2014 to 2022 and is for sale as a refit project. The renowned boatyard Winkler has already carried out basic work. Thus, the new owner can fall back on a solid basis and bring his personal design wishes into this very charming and generous yacht. Of course and recommended, Bootswerft Winkler can provide expert assistance with the implementation of further refit steps. A viewing of the yacht is recommended. • Very spacious owner's cabin aft, with private toilet, hip bath and shower
• On port side forward there is a berth that can be pulled out into a double berth, cabin in front of the berth with its own toilet
• On the starboard side there are two berths one above the other, the lower berth can be pulled out into a double berth, an extra cabin in front with a toilet

• The “Jongert transom” is a very special highlight. Bootswerft Winkler has extended the Taiwan Clipper with this stern.
