The boats history :
In the early eighties, the French naval architect Jean-Louis Noir, design a new model, the “Via” that will become famous among blue water cruisers. Well known for her robustness and ease of maintenance. This globetrotter, very safe, was professionally built in France in 1982 by the boatyard CMPF and launched in 1984. Same owner since eight years, self-sufficient for live aboard, and a proven cruisier with over ten recent crossings to Vanuatu. Her deck and hull have been repainted recently, the running and standing rigging constantly upgraded and the Yanmar engine well maintained. She’s fitted with a sturdy arche, carrying the wind generator, a solar panel and the aluminium tender is easy to hoist and store. A large suger scoop with a swim ladder for ease of access.
Historique du bateau:
Au début des années 1980 l’architecte naval Jean-Louis Noir dessine une série de bateau de voyage, les « Via », qui va devenir une référence parmi les tours de mondiste. Reconnue par sa robustesse et facilité d’entretien. Ce baroudeur, très sécurisant, est construit en 1982 par le chantier CMPF en France et mis à l’eau en 1984. Son propriétaire actuel l’acquière il y a huit ans, réalise des dizaines de traversées vers les Vanuatu et vie à bord en autonomie. Son pont et sa coque viennent d’être repeints, le gréement dormant et courant constamment renouvelé et son moteur Yanmar très bien entretenu. Equipé d’un portique solide avec une éolienne, un panneau solaire et de palans de relevage pour l’annexe en aluminium, une belle jupe avec une échelle de bains pour des accès faciles.
