Description

Gryphon Solo2 is a Class 40 Akilaria RC2 designed by Marc Lombard and built by MC-TEC in 2011. This 2014 Atlantic Cup winner is a great all-round performer with exceptionally fast reaching capabilities and is designed to go offshore quickly and safely. She is CE Certified Category A, ISAF Category Zero. 

With a complete refit in 2015 in preparation for an around the world solo record attempt, and a further refit in 2021/22, she has been consistently maintained to the highest standards by the same owner from new. She is currently racing in the Globe 40 La Grand Route, lying in 4th place. She will make an ideal entry level boat for Class 40 racing or other global challenges. She is a great all-rounder with a renewed sail inventory. She will be ready to view post-race in Lorient in March 2023.
