Maxi 100 PS

Here is an absolute charm of a yacht.  The Maxi 100 PS is a Swedish yacht of note, a very popular yacht in her day and this one comes to the market loaded with much new kit.  A full refit this last two years gave a new contemporary open plan interior, all new upholstery, a brand new BETAMARINE engine c/w new shaft, VOLVO stuffing box and VOLVO folding two blade prop was installed by previous owners but hours are still very low.  The yacht has new RAYMARINE autopilot,  new RAYMARINE sailing instruments.  Brand new solar panels with brand new solar controller and a 250 amp lithium battery c/w 1500 watt inverter have made the yacht very self sufficient.

The yacht was launched this year with her newly painted topsides and is truly ready to go. A great yacht for really economical cruising in this region and perfectly set up for off grid living.

Accommodation

The new open plan layout makes for a large saloon and adjoining fore cabin.  The bathroom is surprisingly large and the biggest surprise is the large aft cabin.  All upholstery was new this year and all lighting has been replaced with LED.  Four 12 volt fans.  All windows were replaced in 2018.
